The CJ Prentiss World Changers Rites of Passage Program is offered through the sponsorship of various grants and private donations.
The World Changers Rites of Passage is a program that supports the growth and development of young boys and girls from diverse backgrounds by fostering esteem building, problem-solving skills, decision-making skills, and team building. We enhance formal education by teaching the World Changers cultural awareness, leadership skills, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, integrity, empathy, and effective communication skills, building a foundation for future leaders.
The program also seeks to delineate negative views by giving youth a visual view of their past and their future potential through exposure to history, to current events, the arts, places of higher learning, vocational education opportunities, and self-esteem building programs, and doing so with fun activities.
The CJ Prentiss Rites of Passage Program aims to create World Changers by creating a foundation that helps the youth build inner strength to prepare for future educational and career goals and to successfully and rightfully pass through each phase or milestone of development.
The CJ Prentiss Rites of Passage Program encourages positive behaviors and gives youth a safe place for fun and education. Parents are encouraged to participate in all aspects of this program, helping us to reinforce values like honesty, integrity, good conduct, and respect, which help to make their child a successful World Changers.
