Volunteer Opportunities

Youth Mentor

Work one-on-one or with small groups of youth in our Rites of Passage program, providing guidance, support, and positive role modeling.

Workshop Facilitator

Share your expertise by leading educational workshops on topics like career development, financial literacy, technology skills, or other areas of interest.

Field Trip Chaperone

Assist with supervision and engagement during educational field trips, college visits, and experiential learning opportunities throughout the year.

Administrative Support

Help with office tasks, database management, communications, event planning, and other behind-the-scenes work that keeps our programs running smoothly.

Outreach Volunteer

Represent our organization at community events, assist with fundraising activities, and help spread the word about our programs and services.

Tutor / Homework Helper

Provide academic support to students in various subject areas, helping with homework, test preparation, and building study skills.

Before You Apply

Volunteer Requirements

To ensure we provide a safe, positive environment for the youth we serve, we have the following general requirements for all volunteers:

Minimum Age

Volunteers must be at least 18 years old for most positions. Limited opportunities may be available for volunteers ages 16-17 with parental consent.

Background Check

All volunteers who work directly with youth must pass a criminal background check. We'll provide instructions during the application process.

Orientation & Training

All volunteers must complete an orientation session and any role-specific training required for their position.

Time Commitment

We ask that volunteers commit to a minimum time period based on their role to provide consistency for our programs and participants.
